Jeremy Melton, PA-C
Jeremy Melton, PA-C evaluates each patient requiring surgery, and he coordinates their medical clearance by arranging the appropriate pre-operative testing. This is performed in coordination with the patient’s primary care physician. Jeremy also assists Dr. Hess on all surgeries, and he coordinates the post-operative care of the patient in the office. |

Kasey Mullins, RN — Clinical Research Coordinator
Kasey obtained her Registered Nurse Degree from Rockhurst University in Kansas City, Missouri in 2005. Kasey joined the DePuy Spine Team in July 2006, and she works closely with Dr. Harold Hess and Ken Kinnan, PA-C. Kasey is the patient's contact person, and she provides educational support for the patients enrolled in our new DISCOVER™ Artificial Cervical Disc Trial. Kasey also functions as the patient’s post-operative care contact person, and she will also be the patient’s advocate. |
